Product Introduction
The SFM-MGI-32V High-Throughput V-Type Mixer features a unique design with 32 individual V-shaped mixing barrels, enabling the simultaneous mixing of multiple materials or larger batches with high uniformity and efficiency. The equipment has a simple structure and is easy to operate. All internal surfaces and material-contacting parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring no material accumulation and facilitating thorough cleaning.
This mixer is ideal for blending free-flowing powders or granules with similar physical properties, as well as applications requiring short mixing cycles and moderate uniformity. Since the materials flow smoothly inside the V-type containers without damaging their original form, the system is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
The machine is powered by a geared motor mounted on one end, which drives the rotating frame through a coupling. The 32 V-type barrels are secured to the rotating frame with pressure plates, allowing the rotating frame to drive each barrel for continuous movement, resulting in efficient upward and downward material mixing inside the containers. The system is well-designed, efficient, and allows easy material loading and discharge.
The mixer is equipped with a touch-panel control for setting rotation speed and time, while real-time speed display ensures intuitive and convenient operation.
