Basic Heating Plate
KJML basic heating plate is suitable for materials whose properties will not change during heating, i.e. materials will not be affected by heating. KJML basic heating plate is mainly used at laboratories for chemical analysis, physical determination, and baking, drying and other temperature test during heat treatment. The heating area of the machine is made of cast steel, and the surface is treated with anti-corrosion technology. After connected to power supply, the heating plate can work continuously, with the limit temperature of up to 400 °C. The heating plate adopts a fully enclosed heating area with no open flame. There is little influence upon the environment, safe and reliable. It has fast heating speed, with high limit of heating temperature. It adopts electronic temperature adjusting device and has the functions of stepless temperature adjustment and dual-phase power supply.

Product Introduction
The KJML General Heating Platform is designed for research laboratories and is suitable for heating materials that do not undergo changes in properties or shape during the heating process. It is widely used for baking, drying, and temperature testing in chemical analysis, physical measurements, and heat treatment applications.
The heating plate is made of cast steel with an anti-corrosion surface treatment, ensuring durability and long service life. Featuring a fully enclosed heating plate design, the system operates without an open flame, provides rapid temperature ramp-up, and minimizes environmental influence for safe and reliable operation. An electronic temperature controller enables stepless temperature adjustment and dual-phase power capability, with a temperature range from room temperature up to 400°C.
Available in multiple plate sizes, the KJML heating platform meets diverse experimental requirements and is an ideal solution for laboratory high-temperature heating applications.

Installation Requirements
1. Ambient conditions: Temperature 5–45 °C; relative humidity 10–85% RH (25 °C, non-condensing).
2. Environment: Free from strong vibration sources and corrosive gases.
3. Power supply: Single-phase AC 220 V / 50 Hz, standard grounded three-pin power plug; proper earthing is required.
4. Cooling water: Not required (standard configuration).
5. Gas supply: Not required (standard configuration).
6. Worktable: Recommended size ≥800 × 800 × 700 mm with load capacity ≥50 kg.
7. Ventilation: Dry and enclosed environment; no forced ventilation required; avoid strong air flow.
Notes
1. The standard power supply is AC 220 V / 50 Hz; please refer to the nameplate on the rear panel of the equipment for actual specifications.
2. Do not operate the unit in areas with strong air flow such as open doors/windows, fans, or air conditioners, as this may cause excessive temperature deviation.
3. This series uses electronic voltage regulation for temperature control and is not a high-precision temperature control system. Minor temperature deviation during operation is normal; users may adjust the output power to achieve the desired temperature.
