About the Laboratory High Temperature Tube Furnace:

The GSL-1500X-OTF is an open type vacuum tube furnace with 50 programmable temperature ramps and features burnout and overheating protection. The open type vacuum tube furnace boasts a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C and a maximum temperature of 1500°C. This open type vacuum tube furnace is particularly suitable for annealing and sintering samples in a protective atmosphere or vacuum environment.

Furnace Structure

Double-layer shell structure with air cooling system.

For safety, a door-opening power-off function is provided.

Furnace Structure:

The furnace chamber is constructed of high-purity polycrystalline alumina fiber to minimize energy loss.

The inner furnace chamber is coated with a 1750°C high-temperature alumina coating imported from the United States, which improves reflectivity and heating efficiency, while also extending the life of the instrument.

To prevent heat loss through radiation, a pipe plug must be placed inside the furnace tube before heating (pipe plug included).

Vacuum Seal

A pair of stainless steel vacuum flanges are standard.

A mechanical pressure gauge with a range of -0.1-0.15A is mounted on the inlet flange to monitor the pressure inside the furnace tube. A 6.35mm compression fitting serves as the air inlet, with a stainless steel needle valve controlling the air flow.

The outlet flange includes an 8mm pagoda nozzle for air flow, with a stainless steel needle valve controlling the air flow. To evacuate the furnace tube, connect the outlet to a vacuum pump via vacuum rubber tubing.

To achieve a higher vacuum level more quickly, we recommend using a stainless steel straight flange, stainless steel bellows, and a digital vacuum indicator (optional).

Built-in overheat protection and thermocouple fault alarm;

Special Notes:

1. Consumables such as heating elements, quartz tubes, and sample crucibles are not included.
