Simultaneously, the punched standard sample falls directly into a dedicated sample box at the bottom, completely eliminating the risk of losing small samples on the lab bench.

Weighing only 10kg, the machine is compact (200×120×280 mm), taking up minimal valuable lab bench space. While the standard configuration includes two sets of Φ3mm dies, Shenyang Kejing offers flexible customization services, customizing punching dies with diameters ranging from Φ3mm to Φ24mm to meet specific experimental needs.


Professional Maintenance Recommendations for Extending Die Life (H2) As a high-precision mechanical stamping device, proper operation and maintenance are crucial for ensuring sampling quality: Precise Alignment: Never attempt to use the machine if the punch and punch hole are not properly aligned. When adjusting the die, ensure the upper die core enters the lower die smoothly and unobstructed to protect the extremely delicate cutting surface.


Daily Cleaning: After each use, wipe the die and all parts of the machine body clean with a clean cloth dampened with alcohol.


Rust Prevention: If the machine will not be used for the next day, it is strongly recommended to apply rust-preventive oil to the die and exposed metal parts to prevent oxidation from affecting cutting accuracy.
