5. When performing the vacuum operation of split tube furnace, pay attention to the order. Before vacuuming, check whether the air outlet and the vacuum control system are well connected. When vacuuming, the vacuum pump should be turned on first, and then the heating should be turned on when the inside of the furnace tube becomes a vacuum state. If used in conjunction with our company's vacuum system, the vacuum pump can be kept within a certain range. Do not wait for the electric furnace to heat up before turning on the vacuum, this will cause damage to the vacuum pump.

6. Strictly abide by the safety regulations for the use of gases. If you do not understand the safety regulations for the use of gas, you can consult the gas supplier. And pay attention to the order in which the gas is introduced. When entering the gas, it is recommended that two people operate, one is responsible for controlling the intake valve and the other is responsible for controlling the outlet valve.
