The story dates back to the late 1990s, a time when China was still struggling with a "reliance on imports and a technological gap" in the field of solid materials research and sample preparation equipment. Faced with the shortcomings of domestic research conditions, Dr. Jiang Xiaoping, a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), returned to China with a vision of "serving the country through industry," resolutely giving up his advantageous position abroad to prepare for entrepreneurship as a postdoctoral researcher.
From November 7th to 9th, 2025, the 5th Youth Academic Conference on Artificial Crystal Materials was held in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. The conference, themed "Frontier Exploration and Innovative Applications," focused on basic research, key technological breakthroughs, and industrial applications of artificial crystal materials. It attracted over 500 young scholars and experts from more than 100 universities and research institutes across China, including Tsinghua University, Peking University, institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Shandong University, as well as leading enterprises in the industry, to gather together and jointly outline a new blueprint for the future development of artificial crystal materials.
On October 22, 2025, more than 30 teachers and students majoring in applied physics from the School of Science of Shenyang University of Technology, with curiosity and desire to explore the scientific research equipment industry, walked into Shenyang Kejing Auto-instrument Co., Ltd. and started a one-day production internship research activity.
From October 9th to 12th, 2025, the 2025 China Biomaterials Conference and Exhibition of New Technologies, Products, and Instruments (CSBM 2025) concluded successfully at the Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center in Zhejiang Province. The conference brought together over 3,000 experts, scholars, physicians, and entrepreneurs from domestic and international research institutions, medical institutions, businesses, and regulatory agencies to discuss cutting-edge technologies, innovative products, and future development directions in the fields of biomaterials and medical devices.

From April 18th to 21st, the 19th Academic Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society for Mineralogy, Petrology and Geochemistry was grandly held in Wuhan. The conference was hosted by the Chinese Society for Mineralogy, Petrology and Geochemistry, and co-organized by the School of Earth Sciences of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), the State Key Laboratory of Geological Processes and Mineral Resources of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and the Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Over 1,500 experts and scholars from across the country gathered to discuss new research findings and collaborate on solving scientific challenges.
The Second Ceramic Youth Academic Conference of the Chinese Crystallographic Society and the International Symposium on Innovation and Development of Advanced Ceramic Materials were successfully held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province from April 11th to April 13th, 2025. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and aiming to accelerate the construction of a strong science and technology nation and achieve high-level scientific and technological self-reliance, this conference focused on the theme of "Innovation and Development of Advanced Ceramic Materials," highlighting the academic frontiers of advanced ceramic material design, preparation, and application. It showcased new concepts and achievements in the field of advanced ceramic materials in my country, creating a higher-quality platform for cooperation and exchange, and promoting the inheritance and development of my country's advanced ceramic science.
The "Advanced Ceramics Summit Forum" is a professional academic conference jointly organized by the editorial departments of Journal of Advanced Ceramics and Modern Technical Ceramics (hereinafter referred to as the two journals). It aims to build an offline communication platform for journal editors, authors, and readers (reviewers). The first, second, and third Advanced Ceramics Summit Forums, held in April 2021, April 2023, and April 2024 respectively, attracted nearly a thousand experts, scholars, graduate students, and technical personnel from related enterprises.
From April 10th to 13th, 2025, the 2nd Applied Physics Conference was successfully held at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The conference was hosted by the Chinese Physical Society and jointly organized by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and the Applied Physics Center of the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The conference aimed to contribute to building a strong nation through science and technology, fully leveraging the crucial role of physics research in promoting technological innovation, and fostering academic exchange and interdisciplinary integration between researchers engaged in cutting-edge fundamental and applied physics research and industry professionals. The conference featured seven themes: Semiconductor Physics and Devices, Infrared Physics and Optoelectronic Devices, Terahertz/Microwave/Millimeter-wave Physics and Technology, Quantum Sensing and Detection, Advanced Optics, Applied Magnetism, and Extreme Conditions Physics and Technology. It included 6 plenary invited talks, 110 invited talks in parallel sessions, 95 oral presentations in parallel sessions, and 80 poster presentations, attracting 550 representatives from over 140 institutions nationwide. A roundtable forum on the theme of "Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Physics and Materials" was also held during the conference.
In order to enrich the cultural life of employees and enhance team cohesion, Shenyang Kejing successfully held the "2024 Employee Fun Sports Meeting". With the theme of winter enthusiasm, this sports meeting set up five interesting events: tug of war, double rope skipping, table tennis, hooping, and darts. It attracted the active participation of the company's employees and injected infinite vitality and laughter into the cold winter.
